Frequently Asked Questions

Why Scoop and Whoop?

Scoop and Whoop is an LLC that is fully insured through Pet Care Insurance (www.https://www.petcareins.com/). We take pride in treating your yard as if it is our own.

Do you clean the entire yard?

We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

How do you ensure the safety my dog?

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority for Scoop and Whoop. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.

How much does it cost to hire your services?

We have pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $70 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. The average price for most customers is between $80 and $135 per month.

Do I have to sign a contract for your services?

No contracts. You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or giving us a call.

How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?

We double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can.

Can you clean with my dog in the yard?

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

Do you provide arrival windows for services?

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. You will receive a text message or phone call 60 minutes prior to our arrival on the day of your scheduled service.
